Warranty claims are handled by your builder. Please contact your builder directly for any issues related to your home.

All RVs, trailers, boats, and similar must be parked or stored in an enclosed garage or within a six foot high fence and substantially concealed from public view. Street parking restrictions apply as per the City of Calgary bylaws and the Restrictive Covenant registered on Title.

Your builder is your contact for all questions regarding landscaping deposits, inspection results, and refunds. The developer does not hold a landscaping deposit from individual homeowners.

Failure to meet the minimum requirements as per the Architectural Guidelines will result in your deposit being forfeited.

You must ensure that your lot is compliant with both sets of guidelines.

We endeavour to apply the requirements consistently and objectively. We make an effort to consider all elements in relation to the minimum standards set out in the Landscaping Guidelines. Inspections conducted on properties other than your own will not be discussed.

A caveat is a registrable document signalling that there are parties other than the registered owner who have an interest in the land. A caveat can impact the transferability of the property and can restrict its use until the caveat is discharged.

Rohit Communities has a Vendor's Lien Caveat registered on each lot in the subdivision. This caveat remains in place until Rohit Communities can ensure each home is compliant. This caveat is typically discharged from title once architectural and landscaping inspections are passed, inclusive of a fence inspection (to confirm the fence is built and painted according to the requirements listed in the Guidelines). If your home has passed the Architectural and Landscaping inspections, and your fence has been completed in accordance with the Guidelines, please have your lawyer reach our administration department to request a discharge.
